Aerodynamically optimized through the use of a carbon fiber front splitter, carbon fiber dive planes, and a carbon fiber wing, the McLaren 12C Can-Am Edition was designed to be the ‘ultimate track car’ pushing 630hp, making it the most powerful 12C edition the McLaren company has ever shown. Right now the 12C Can-Am is purely concept at this stage, but features a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 engine and weighs in at just 2645.5lbs. For those of you who may have thought McLaren had lost their touch in the super-car ring, bowing out to Buguitti and Lamborghini think again… the C12 Can-Am is said to be freakishly fast. Let’s just hope it someday makes it to the production line, and you or I quickly win the lottery!
