One of the most noticeable changes in this model is the Air Mount design. It’s incredibly simple, very secure, and takes a second to install. The first time I placed the Cardo Edge in the mount it actually surprised me. The magnetic pull was so strong in snapped right out of my fingers and fell securely into the mount. Like other Cardo systems, the initial installation is the same. The JBL speakers and microphone come with adhesives to place on the inside. The speakers tuck away nicely behind the ear pad and the wires can be run between the lining of the helmet and the shell so everything is hidden. Once everything is in place, just slap the Cardo mount on the side and you are good to go. Takes less than 10 minutes to install thanks to the clever design, so your dad can be out riding in no time.
