For us, the holidays are all about getting together with friends and family and sharing stories, laughs and drinks by the fire. The stories seem to get better and laughs louder when the drinks are tasty and plentiful. Here to help you kick off the holiday season right, we’ve put together a short list of amazingly delicious cocktails that are simple to make and easy to drink. Cheers!

White Cosmopolitan

Dreaming of a white Christmas? This citrusy vodka concoction is perfect for sipping by the fire. Remember…  pinkies up!

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts ABSOLUT Citron
  • 1 part Lime Juice
  • 1 part Triple Sec
  • 1 part White Cranberry Juice
  • 1 Orange Peel

Directions: Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange.

Kilbeggan Gingerbread Crunch

• 1¾ parts Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey
• 1¾ parts Freshly Pressed Apple Juice
• 2/3 part Cinnamon Syrup
• 1/3 part Lemon Juice
• 1/4 part Brown Sugar Syrup

Directions: Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake and double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish rim with crushed gingerbread biscuit and brown sugar.

Garnish: Place gingerbread cookies/biscuits in a bag and use a rolling pin to crush. When fine, add brown sugar into mix.

Crown Royal Black Manhattan

Directions: Stir all together in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Border Town

hennessyIngredients:

  • 1 ½ oz – Hennessy V.S
  • 6 oz Hot Apple Cider
  • 1 oz – Oloroso Sherry
  • ¾ oz – Simple Syrup

Directions:  Add ingredients in a heat-proof glass and gently stir. Grate fresh cinnamon over the top and leave the cinnamon stick in the drink. Garnish with an orange twist. Always take care handling and consuming hot liquids.

Cruzan Cinnamon Sugar Punch

punchIngredients:

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve in cups without ice. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
